I am very pleased to announce that today I signed a lease for a property to become the home of ZYMOLOGISTS SOURDOUGH BAKERY!
The site was previously operated as '“Bake My Day', A cake bakery and cafe at 191 Washway Road, Sale, Manchester, M33 4AH, close to the Brooklands Tram stop and Sale town centre.
I will be spending a few weeks redecorating and getting some custom-made equipment installed, as well as getting inspected for food health, safety and hygiene but hope to be open for business in February.
I shall be offering an exciting range of sourdough bread loaves, as well as food and drinks to eat in, such as sandwiches, soups, coffee and soft drinks. I will be baking every day that the store is open, to provide a fresh stock of regular favourites as well as daily and seasonal specials.
Initially we will solely be based from the store, but I am happy to discuss custom orders for both individual and wholesale customers willing to collect, and eventually hoping to branch out the local markets and other pop-up locations, as well as online ordering.
In time I also hope I will also be fermenting a range of pickles, sauerkraut, kimchi and kombucha compliment the wild yeast bread.
