I have made the difficult decision to sell the Zymologists Sourdough Bakery.
The last couple of years have been extremely difficult for me, with pandemic and some personal health issues, and while I very much enjoyed serving the people of Sale, I ultimately have to concede that I am no longer capable.
I am extremely grateful to all the people who visited and expressed enjoyment of my bread – I loved meeting and talking to you all, and these moments were often the highlights of my day, and I will miss you all.
